Wave-Zero

So as a few of you might know, I spent the last week with Melanie, AKA Dizzystar. She flew in from Cali on April 12th and left today, the 19th, and gosh did we have fun. <3

After we got over the initial shock of “omg i’m standing here face to face w/ someone i’ve known online for 4 years”, it actually went pretty smoothly for the social aspect of it. We pretty much felt like we’d known each other for ever, as I’d expected, and Dizzy behaved exactly like she does online– spastic, fun, and very outgoing.

First day home, actually, we sped to a dance competition my sister was scheduled to participate in, and after watching her perform, Dizzy and I went walking around in the museum that surrounded the auditorium in which the event was being held. Spent quite a while talking… xD In between conversing about abstract art and such, we had a dance competition of our own. Let’s just say Dizzy can do the robot really flippin good.

Second and third days we spent lounging around playing smash brothers mostly, and then in the afternoon we went to my mom’s dance school. Second day, Dizzy helped teach dance. Third day, Dizzy actually got to put on some ballet shoes and learned to go up on pointe. I also showed the classes how well I could caramel dance. Oh my.

Fourth day, we spent ALL day playing SSE in brawl. Gwah. x_x

Fifth day, again, spent all day playing brawl. Dizzy also cooked for us on both the fourth and fifth day: she makes some great fried rice arrr D:

Sixth and final day, we spent all day AGAIN playing smash brothers (rofl). Wow. xD

Before she left for the airport, FINALLY, we got to take some pictures of ourselves. Not many of them were worth looking at. xD; She’s got alot on her camera that are great, though, I’ll post em later.

Anyway all in all we had a wonderful time, I got to meet an awesome awesome person, and our friendship just became that much closer. <3~
